Elite Dev Squad is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist, who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans. Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
Mentor and coach junior members of the marketing team, fostering their professional development and growth.
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and campaign management.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
